    The automation trend is the convergence of the communication of the most varied types of equipment, until now connected by RS-232 and MODBUS RTU, to computer infrastructures, that is, to TCP/IP networks. 

    In this direction, we offer the best solution for your devices, which only communicate via serial, to integrate into Wi-Fi networks and get the best out of them, without complication. The Wi-Fi Serial Converter has the same functions as the Ethernet Serial Converter, but with the ability to connect to Wi-Fi networks. This connection can take two forms:

    Infrastructure: The Converter connects to a Wi-Fi network generated by a common Access Point. To do this, simply enter the SSIP and password, if any, of the Wi-Fi network to which you wish to connect. This is done on the configuration page of the converter itself. 

    Ad Hoc: The PC connects directly to the Ad Hoc Converter without the need for an Access Point. A Wi-Fi Serial Converter can also connect directly to another Converter via Ad Hoc.
