Safesoft Code of Conduct

This code establishes the responsibility of Safesoft, its employees, and service providers toward members of the company itself, our partners, customers, and the entire community. It helps us understand the responsibilities we share and alerts us to important legal and ethical issues that may arise.

This document does not intend to cover all of Safesoft's policies, procedures, and standards. You may not find all the answers you are looking for here. But you will find examples of the basic Values and the way of operating chosen by Safesoft, and of the behavior expected from every member of the company.

If you have questions about this Code, or if a colleague's conduct in the workplace is a cause for concern, speak with your manager first. If, for any reason, you do not feel comfortable doing so, contact the company's Whistleblower Line:ouvidoria@safesoft.com.br .

Ethics Program Oversight

Oversight of the Ethics and Code of Conduct Compliance Program is the responsibility of Safesoft's Board of Directors and Legal Department.

Representatives

The company has appointed representatives in the quality and commercial segments, tasking them with implementing ethical and conduct standards, as well as providing the respective training, in addition to monitoring and resolving issues on these matters.

Ethics Conduct Hotline

In addition to conventional communication channels and available help resources, the Ethics Conduct Hotline is a simple means for any employee or service provider to report concerns about business or workplace activities that may not be aligned with Safesoft's Values, or to raise questions in case any clarification or guidance is needed. The Ethics Conduct Hotline can be reached by email,ouvidoria@safesoft.com.br .

All Safesoft employees and service providers have the right to ask questions or raise concerns about behavior in the workplace or in interpersonal relationships, even when conducted through electronic means. When in doubt, ask. Many violations occur due to lack of information or understanding of the principles, or because people simply want to "resolve" a situation, not due to a character flaw or dishonesty.

Disciplinary measures, including termination, may be taken against employees who fail to adhere to Safesoft's business ethics practices or who knowingly provide false information. Termination of a service agreement may also occur, when applicable.

Safesoft's Reputation

The success of any company depends on its reputation. Safesoft relies on its employees, service providers, business partners, and processes to consistently do what is right, in the right way, thereby preserving its good reputation. Do what is right and in the right way. Behave ethically, meeting the highest standards of professional conduct.

Safesoft aims to provide and preserve workplace safety. Established rules and procedures must be strictly followed at the factory and other locations, as applicable.

It is prohibited to use, carry, or transfer illegal drugs within company premises. Working under the influence of alcohol or illicit drugs is not permitted.

The company does not look favorably upon, and does not permit, acts of violence or threats among employees, nor does it authorize the carrying or use of weapons on its premises.
